When we arrived probably about 5 o'clock we had to wait
slightly until we were seated. They tried to seat us at a small looking table
which we didn't think was quite big enough, so they seated us at a bigger
table, but it was next to the kitchen.
The Chips and salsa was pretty good, but the bean dip that came with it I thought was awful and whitish in color and basically no flavor.
I ordered the enchilada plate with one beef enchilada and one cheese enchilada this was alright and they had a good amount of sauce on top of the enchiladas and both the fillings were okay. On the side was the same beans as the dip which I still didn't like and the rice on the plate was okay.
Dad had a burrito which I don't think he liked too well and he would rate the place two stars.
Mom had the enchilada and chile relleno combo and seemed happy enough with her plate. I thought Sol De Jalisco was alright definitely not the best Mexican food, but I didn't think it was too bad and it did at least fill me up.
