Blocky’s Eatery - Loveland Colorado

November 10, 2017

This was on a Friday night just before five when we arrived and the place was completely empty.  We went up to the counter.  I had a coupon for a free pizza but the guy at the counter didn’t know about it, but the manager showed him what to do. We ordered a Square Sicilian pizza and a small pepperoni and mushroom pizza.  We picked a table and filled our drinks. Soon after the place started filling up a bit. Not long after an Italian guy came out from the kitchen with two stands and said the pizzas would be out soon and soon after he brought them out.

The Sicilian pizza was big and square with a very thick crust, but I didn't think it had a lot of flavor in it.

The pepperoni and mushroom pizza wasn't exactly small and I thought it was a pretty good pizza with a nice crust.  It was fairly thin and we all agreed that we liked that one better. When we were getting ready to leave we got a box for the rest of our pizza.  The restaurant was pretty full when we left and I wasn’t exactly sure how to get back out to the front door, but the same Italian guy from the kitchen opened the side door and let us out that way.  I thought Blocky’s was an alright pizza place and would consider returning again, but probably not for the Sicilian pizza.
