The You need pie food truck from
Estes Park was at the Centerra food truck Roundup. I had the cherry peach pie
and dad had just the peach pie the top was not a typical pie crust but more
like a cobbler type thing and underneath had a more typical piecrust.
I thought
my cherry peach pie was excellent and thought the peach and cherry went
together well. Dad liked his peach pie quite a bit as well. Each piece of pie
was four dollars so maybe a little bit high but not terrible. They were very
friendly and fast at getting us our pie. The slices were already cut in slices
and were in clear plastic pie shaped boxes.
