A friend and I had lunch and we got take out from Mi Tierra.
I had a chicken quesadilla and my friend had a burrito
I thought the shredded
chicken in the quesadilla was really good and I also thought the tortilla was
very good. But in my takeout box they put the wet pico de gallo on top of the
quesadilla so the liquid from that ran underneath and the quesadilla was
sitting in it. This made it very wet and soggy which was a bit disappointing.
I’ll be back someday soon to write a more complete review.
