Cafe De’ Bangkok - Fort Collins Colorado

August 1, 2017

I met a friend here for lunch at 11:30-ish.   After we took a look at the menu for a little bit I decided to order the chicken ginger ($9.75) with medium heat level   plus a Pepsi ($1.50).

In a bit after we ordered our food arrived I thought this was an alright stir-fry.  My first bite had a large amount of cilantro and it took a couple bites until I found the ginger and then I definitely found it. There was a good amount of strips of ginger which made this dish very gingery. This also had mushrooms, red and green peppers and onions and a sauce that was kind of runny and along with this with a side of rice. During our lunch we had very good service from multiple of the wait staff and they always made sure refill our drinks and did a great job and when we were all done they brought two small boxes one for my chicken ginger since it was kind of runny and soupy and one for the rice.  I thought my lunch at Café de Bangkok was alright but not much more than that and there are a couple other Thai places I would rather eat at in Fort Collins, but this was still and alright place for Thai food.
