I’ve been looking for a new favorite pizza place in Fort
Collins since Grimaldi's closed and I may have found it. I went here for lunch
with a friend. Inside is a seat yourself
type place and then order at the counter. I ordered a Double Pepperoni which
had pepperoni and calabrese for 10.95 and my friend got the Margherta and Prosciutto
pizza for 12.95. These were both 12 inch pizzas and cut into six slices.
I
thought this was a great Neapolitan pizza. I really liked just about everything
about it. The crust, the sauce the cheese and the meat. The pepperoni and calabrese
were large slices but I think I kind of would’ve preferred just one of the meats
because it was almost too much with both.
Then my friend and I made a pizza
trade; a slice for a slice. So I could try Margherta and Prosciutto out. I
probably wouldn’t have ordered this myself, but I figured I’d give it a try and
I thought it was quite good as well. These were two excellent pizzas and I’ll
definitely be back for more.
