My family has been eating kraut burgers for quite a while
and after I heard good things about Schwartz‘s Krautburger kitchen we had to
try it out. This is a small take out only place in Evans, Colorado. Mom called
ahead and picked some up. She said the place smelled really good inside. These Kraut
burgers were $5.25 each.
They were pretty big with a lot of cabbage and onions along with some beef in fresh baked bread. These were really good and everyone enjoyed them.
We also tried the jalapeño cheddar version. These were all right
too with a little bit of kick to them, but I think I preferred the regular
version. We also got some grebble for dessert which is twisted dough with
cinnamon and sugar.
